Today, we announced expansion plans in partnership with two high-growth, govtech innovators: the acquisition of Bang the Table, the company behind market-leading community engagement solution EngagementHQ, as well as the acquisition of OpenCities, the public sector’s leading digital customer journey platform that helps local governments transform their websites, digital forms, and service delivery experiences. By combining the three market leaders in digital civic engagement into a single platform, we can transform the way governments and residents connect with one another.

By expanding in partnership with two Australia-based GovTech 100 companies simultaneously, we will extend our commitment to Australia and New Zealand governments. As of today, the combined organization serves more than 350 governments. Through this acquisition, we’ll also extend additional best-in-class public sector solutions to more agencies in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
