Jeff Ford joined Granicus in 2026 as Chief Revenue Office, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading global revenue and customer organizations. He has held senior leadership roles at Trimble, Informatica, Conga, and TrueCar, helping organizations scale growth and deliver measurable customer outcomes. Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Revenue and Customer Officer at Trimble. At Granicus, he leads the company’s global revenue organization, helping public sector organizations leverage technology, AI, and expert services to modernize operations and better serve their communities. Jeff holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, and a degree in Applied Business Economics from the University of San Francisco.
