Accessibility Upgrades for govAccess (Available): Ongoing upgrades to the govAccess website solution, formerly known as Vision, to adhere to evolving state and federal accessibility standards. These updates prioritize conformance with WCAG standards; rigorous internal product; resolving resident-facing accessibility issues; and focusing on accessibility as a continuous effort.
API Security Improvement for OpenCities (Available): Additional API integrations become difficult with only one key. New updates now allow customers with OpenCities websites to create and manage multiple API keys and access permissions individually.
OpenForms-govDelivery Integration (Available): The OpenForms govDelivery Connector allows form creators to automatically capture subscriber information — including selected topics — through forms and send it to a designated govDelivery account, simplifying the process of managing subscriber lists.
New OpenForms Insights for Managers (Available): New reports added with updated management interface to help leaders view all forms in their organization at a high level to reconcile payments and oversee the publishing governance process.
OpenForms Form Reviewer Assignment Based on Azure AD Groups (Available): Assign workflow reviewers based on Azure Active Directory group to efficiently manage approvals and reduce manual effort during staff changes.
Power BI for OneView Dynamics Online (Available): New dashboards measure login activity and case creation in the system.
OneView Reporting Improvements for Essentials and Enterprise (Preview): Helps managers maintain high service delivery standards by discovering details about service requests in one place to uncover bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure areas with higher demand receive attention.
OneView Improved Onboarding for Essentials and Enterprise (Available): New wizard enables customers to complete most onboarding tasks, giving municipalities greater control over the OneLink user experience for residents submitting service requests, without needing to submit a ticket to the implementation team.
Build a stronger community with digital permitting, licensing, compliance, planning and development, and code enforcement tools that ensure public safety, drive economic growth, and improve the customer experience.
AI Natural Language Search in AMANDA (Preview): Users want to use natural language to find key information more efficiently. Currently in Beta, AMANDA will soon include an optional add-on for AWS-based AI integration to improve user search functionality.
Inspection List for SmartGov (Available): The new Inspection List capability allows customers to consolidate inspections lists and user to-do lists into a single screen, gathering items in one place so they can more easily manage inspections, schedule requests, address inquiries, and communicate inspection results.

VoteCast Web (Preview): Granicus’ modern and intuitive cloud-based voting platform empowers meeting managers to more efficiently manage speakers, motions, and votes while allowing elected officials to securely cast their votes digitally. This web-based system is seamlessly integrated into Granicus’ leading Legislate application.
OneMeeting Integration with Live Cast (Available): Integrated self-managed video solution connected with OneMeeting meeting management to provide a seamless staff experience.
OneMeeting Public Portal Redesign (Preview): Design refresh provides a modernized and more feature-rich portal that also meets WCAG 2.2 accessibility certification.
OneMeeting-govDelivery Integration (Preview): Deepen reach into the community to improve information dissemination and constituent awareness by integrating meeting management with subscription services powered by govDelivery.
OneMeeting Document Manager (Available): This new system allows automated posting of documents and notices in an easily searchable portal.
Swagit Integration with MediaManager (Available): Swagit videos can now be posted and indexed to agendas through MediaManager, better integrating with other Granicus meeting management products.
GovQA Smart Summary (Preview): The new Smart Summaries feature — now in closed Beta — uses secure AI to automatically create concise summaries/outlines of your records requests, saving time through improved clarity and consistent formatting.
GovQA Laserfiche Integration (Available): Retrieve responsive records from Laserfiche without leaving GovQA. Search Laserfiche repositories, pull relevant files directly into GovQA, add document and security tags, and log import history through one seamless interface.
