Larson brings more than three decades of experience focusing on the customer, including early in his career when he helped create Patient-Centered programs for Betty Ford Center, time spent at one of the most customer-focused brands in the world, Disney, and, more recently, his role as Deputy Commander for Transformation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he helped restore this world-class brand in military service, introducing Army Medicine to the concept of Patient-Centered Care.
