Granicus names winners of 14th annual Digital Government Awards
December 17, 2024Granicus’ annual Digital Government Awards honor transformational achievements improving customer experience, service delivery, and operational excellence.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Granicus, a global leader in customer experience technologies and services for government, announced the winners of its 2024 Digital Government Awards. From over 6,000 public sector customers it serves worldwide, each year since 2010 Granicus honors those government entities and employees who have implemented new capabilities and programs to increase awareness of community programs, improve citizen experiences and drive operational efficiency.
“Over the last fourteen years we’ve had the distinct pleasure of highlighting the great work and commitment to service by governments all over the world,” said Gabriele “G” Masili, chief customer officer of Granicus. “We are excited to honor the 2024 award winners and tell their stories as they have, and continue to, transform customer experience, service delivery and operational excellence across all levels of government in North America.”
The 2024 awards span seven award categories: Changemaker, Community Engagement, Operational Excellence, Service Delivery, Trust & Transparency, Total Government Experience, and Website of the Year. A winner was selected from each level of government – local, state and federal – and will share their stories, best practices and what’s next during three webinars to be scheduled in early 2025.
