The New Age of Civic Process

Chief Information Officers (CIOs) in government made gigantic strides toward digitizing civic processes when COVID-19 stay-at-home mandates drove the need for remote meetings and engagements early in the pandemic. Still, there is significant work to do before digital government becomes the norm. Local IT leaders across North America are striving to implement permanent solutions that meet the current (and future) needs for digitization and to continuously enable remote staff productivity and collaboration. IT professionals will again be responsible for implementing these changes in a way that keeps teams productive and collaborative while maintaining appropriate digital security for governments and their constituents.

Download our New Age of Civic Process guide to explore how local government IT professionals can lead the charge to quickly deliver a digital and automated end-to-end civic process.
