Karen Steel joined Granicus as customer success manager for the UK in March 2020 and brings with her a passion for communicating via the written word and enabling technology to transform the provision of public sector services. Karen was digital manager at Stoke-on-Trent City Council for over 8 years, where she was a govDelivery superuser. Prior to this, Karen worked as a local newspaper reporter and editor. She brings empathy and understanding of both Granicus’s clients and their end users as she helps them to get the most from our platforms.
