We are a global community of professionals who bring local and central governments closer to the people they serve across millions of households, and beyond.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion at Granicus
We believe that diversity fosters the innovation and creativity we need to meet our full potential as a global community. We commit to creating an inclusive culture that respects everyone, which is reflected in our internal and external interactions. We want every employee to feel represented and acknowledged and have a sense of belonging at Granicus.
Make a difference at Granicus
Each person plays a key role in making government accessible for everyone. There is a deep sense of fulfilment knowing your expertise and passions are transforming lives, including students, families, neighbours, and public servants who support us all. We foster a culture of recognition and support for each other while celebrating successes of every size.
Invest in your whole self
Past, recent, and ongoing events have taken their toll on us all — mentally and physically. We value and prioritise employee wellbeing through a mix of on-demand and live mental health resources and support, like companywide days to unplug, no meeting days, and more. We are a remote-first workplace where employees have the autonomy and flexibility to invest in their whole selves personally and professionally.
Connections matter to us
There are about 1,500 of us, and we are always growing. We are spread across multiple time zones, eight countries, and a variety of virtual communities and employee resource groups designed around shared interests, identities, and experiences. We are artists, fur parents, world travellers, at-home chefs, music aficionados, survivors, advocates, caregivers, sparkers of joy, brilliant, and deeply passionate about the spaces we occupy and the dynamic cultures represented at Granicus.
At Granicus, we are fostering a transparent, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment for everyone who wants to be a part of our journey. A few culture highlights include:
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that elevate diverse voices. These identity-based groups provide safe spaces to foster community and build trust with colleagues across the company.
Coffee With Mark sessions, a casual, live, monthly conversation hosted by our CEO Mark Hynes. During these panel-style sessions, employees get to interact with our CEO on especially important and sometimes difficult issues, including equity and inclusion in the workplace, mental health, and current affairs.
Employee-led virtual communities in Microsoft Teams that invite colleagues to connect around common interests, including wellness, art, fur babies, plants, sports, gaming, family, music, cooking, and more.
Guest speakers allow us to learn and grow together on a range of topics that impact employees.
