Mark, joined Granicus in 2014 and now heads up Pre-Sales where he assists clients with solutions delivered by the govService platform. Prior to Granicus, Mark worked within local government for over a decade where he led on the transformation of customer services through the incorporation of back office teams into a corporate contact centre. This included mapping and re-engineering services, automation, CRM integration to line of business systems, telephony integration, and channel shifting services from mediated to self-serve, helping driving efficiencies and delivering customer service improvements.
