This event is for all government employees or contractors. Sessions will be especially beneficial for anyone involved with citizen programs and outreach, communications, program management, public affairs, public information, web design or digital strategy [anything to add here??]. Feel free to bring your colleagues!

Join your government peers to learn how to tackle citizen engagement and digital service challenges with proven best practices. At the optional afternoon workshops, you will get tactical hands-on training.

The event is free for all government employees and contractors. Due to limited space, non-government registrations will be subject to approval.

All attendees are eligible for CPE (continuing professional education) credits. A certificate of completion is issued to those who applied for CPE credits following attendance of the event and completion of the post-event survey.
