Clerk Spotlight: Middleburg, Virginia

Meet the clerk who does Taekwondo

Clerks are some of the hardest-working people in government, but they rarely get the recognition they deserve. That’s why in 2019 we’re highlighting one each month in our new Clerk Spotlight feature.

This month, we introduce you to Rhonda North, Town Clerk for Middleburg, Virginia. We sat down with her to talk about the role of a clerk in small municipalities, how technology is changing task completion, and her future hope to become a black belt in Taekwondo.
