The Granicus VoteCast Module provides a secure and simple digital platform for managing public meeting proceedings. The Granicus VoteCast Module workflow is integrated tightly with the Granicus MinutesMaker™ Module, which together allow legislative votes to be automatically recorded directly from the council into the Clerk’s meeting minutes. In addition, voting results can be displayed to the audience on projection screens, plasma displays, TVs or other traditional methods. The Granicus VoteCast is unique because it offers an inclusive workflow that not only involves the Chairperson/Mayor and the council, but also allows for live interaction with the City Clerk or other important City staff members.
